  11. A large amount of useful info for a new grower! I just finished germinating
    Gala apples in a moist paper towel for about 2 weeks..I’m now starting to
    pot the seeds. Hopefully all this work will bear fruit!

  12. If you put them into a plastic bag instead of the refrigerator then they
    will germinate in 2 to 3 weeks. just make sure you keep the paper towel
    moist NOT wet.

  15. She forgot to mention than seeds need to be stratify for 2-3 month in the
    cold outside. So best to leave the pot in cold outside till spring with
    seeds in it. After a year , seedlings need to be grafted with desired
    variety from fruiting trees.

  18. don’t start them from seed, it won’t worth the effort, they will grow but
    won’t provide good fruit and resistance to diseases, get one M7 roostock
    and graft it with a good apple variety
