  3. I don’t have a wealth of experience with them, but I have stir fried it and it came out nice. Some people eat it raw and say it’s got an apple texture with a cabbage-like taste. There are a few recipes on Google. If you see a vegetarian one you like, send it to me and I will see if I can make it :-D
