  7. If you think it’s a lot, then reduce the amount. Less rich and creamy but if it’s your thing, nobody’s gonna stop you :)

  13. The butter adds flavor. When you sit to consume this meal, you’re not eating a whole stick of butter. You’re prolly getting a tablespoon, or less. You see a whole stick go into a large amount of soup. It doesnt mean youre actually consuming it. Also, you can skip the butter. And just find something you like to add a little bit of flavor.
