  1. Thank you for your question! We’d recommend storing these sun-dried tomatoes in the refrigerator, in an air-tight container. You can store them in olive oil as well, if you prefer. They should keep for 5-7 days. Enjoy!

  8. I don’t understand sun dried tomatoes, or even fried green tomatoes. I like mine ripe, and sliced for a sandwich or diced for a salad.
